2. What this site is

This site describes the cleaning services we offer and lets you request a quote. Nothing on it is a binding quote or a contract. A price becomes real when it is in a written proposal and scope of work signed by both of us.

3. Quotes and scope

All pricing follows an on-site walkthrough and a written scope of work. Where a building's condition, size or requirements differ materially from what was presented at the walkthrough, the scope and price may need to be revised in writing before work proceeds.

4. Photographs

Project photographs on this site show work performed by our own crews, published with our clients' knowledge. Decorative background graphics are brand artwork and are not represented as specific projects.

5. Insurance

We carry commercial general liability insurance and will provide a certificate on request before work commences.

6. Intellectual property

The content, photographs and design of this site belong to Janitorial Pros LLC unless stated otherwise.

7. Third-party links

We link to external resources for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Oklahoma law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
