Drywall dust is the problem. It is fine enough to stay airborne for hours, so a space cleaned once looks perfect in the evening and has a grey film on every horizontal surface by morning. That is why professional post-construction cleaning is staged rather than done in a single visit.
We work to the builder's or owner's handover date and we are used to being the trade that goes in last, after everyone else has run over. Bixby and Broken Arrow build-outs are a steady part of our week.

Post-Construction — your questions
When should you come in?
Talk to us early and we will schedule around the trades. Bringing a cleaner in before the finishing work is genuinely done wastes your money and our time.
Do you handle occupied renovations?
Yes. We clean phased renovations where part of the building is still in use, working around the occupied areas and containing the dust migration.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove what a cleaning crew can handle. Skips, heavy demolition waste and anything requiring specialist disposal need your contractor.
Can you do the floors too?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper in the same mobilisation — new VCT often wants an initial seal and finish, and new carpet benefits from an extraction after the trades.
