Service Areas
Everything within about a 45-minute drive of Tulsa — 18 cities across Tulsa, Rogers, Wagoner, Creek and Osage counties.
One radius, one crew, one phone number.
We draw the line at roughly 45 minutes from Tulsa on purpose. Inside it, a crew can get to your building reliably, and Linda can get there herself when something needs looking at. Outside it, neither of those is true — and a cleaning company that cannot show up quickly is not much use to you.
Tulsa
Downtown towers, Brookside and Cherry Street storefronts, the medical corridor and the industrial parks off I-44. Most of our recurring contracts are inside the city.
Broken Arrow
Rose District retail, the office parks along the Creek Turnpike, and a lot of the dental and medical suites we clean overnight.
Bixby
Fast-growing commercial strip along Memorial and 121st. New build-outs mean a steady run of post-construction cleanups.
Jenks
Riverwalk retail and restaurant spaces, plus the professional offices around Elm. Tile and grout work is common here.
Owasso
Retail along 96th Street North and the office suites behind it. Early-morning and after-hours cleans.
Sand Springs
Industrial and warehouse space along the river, plus the downtown storefronts. Hard-floor and shop cleaning.
Sapulpa
Historic downtown Dewey Avenue retail and the manufacturing plants on the edge of town.
Glenpool
The commercial corridor along Highway 75 — retail, quick-service and small professional offices.
Catoosa
Port of Catoosa industrial facilities, warehouses and truck terminals. Heavy-duty floor work.
Claremore
Downtown Will Rogers Boulevard, the hospital corridor and the college. At the edge of our 45-minute line and firmly inside it.
Collinsville
Small-town main street businesses and the newer commercial builds off Highway 169.
Skiatook
Retail and office along Rogers Boulevard, plus lake-area properties.
Coweta
Schools, churches and the retail strip on Broadway. Regular weekly and biweekly routes.
Verdigris
Industrial and distribution facilities near the port and the turnpike.
Inola
Rural commercial and industrial sites east of Catoosa.
Sperry
North-county offices, shops and light industrial.
Mounds
South-county businesses and facilities along the 75 corridor.
Bristow
The far south-west edge of our radius — schools, clinics and main-street commercial.
Call and ask anyway.
If the job is the right size we will happily stretch a little past 45 minutes, and if it is not we will tell you honestly rather than take the work and under-serve you. Either way you get a straight answer on the phone in about two minutes.

We look at the building, agree the scope in writing, and give you a fixed price. No contract, no pressure, and you talk to Linda — not a call centre.
