How much does commercial cleaning cost in Tulsa?
It comes down to square footage, how many nights a week, the type of facility and how much restroom and hard-floor work is in scope. Are you insured?
Yes, and we will send the certificate of insurance before we start work. Ask any cleaning company for it in writing before you hand over a key or an alarm code.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial work runs in the evening, overnight or early morning so your staff and customers never see us. Tell us the window you need and we build the route to fit it.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. We bring our own equipment, machines and cleaning products. If you want your restroom consumables managed as well, we track and restock those too.
Do you offer one-time cleaning?
Yes. Deep cleans, move-outs, post-construction and one-off carpet or floor work are all available on their own, with no contract to sign.
