Commercial Janitorial — your questions
How often should my building be cleaned?
It depends on foot traffic, not square footage. A five-person professional office is usually fine at two or three nights a week. A clinic, a school or anything with public restrooms almost always needs nightly. We walk the building, tell you honestly what it needs, and quote both if it is genuinely a judgement call.
Do we get the same cleaners each time?
Yes, wherever we can. Consistency is the whole point — a crew that knows your building cleans it better in less time, and you are not re-explaining your alarm code every fortnight.
Can you clean after hours or overnight?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is done in the evening, overnight or early morning so your staff and customers never see us. Tell us your window and we build the route around it.
Are you insured?
Yes, and we will send the certificate before we start — ask and it comes the same day. Never let an unlicensed, uninsured crew into your building; if someone is hurt on your property it becomes your problem.
