Janitorial Pros LLC started the way most good trade businesses do. In 2001, Linda Tay went to work in commercial cleaning for somebody else and learned every part of it — the chemicals, the machines, the scheduling, and the far less glamorous business of what actually goes wrong on a route at 2am.

Years of that taught the thing this company is built on: clients do not want a sales pitch, they want dependability. They want the restrooms done properly every night, the same people through the door, somebody who picks up the phone, and no surprises on the invoice.

In 2015 the next generation joined and worked alongside her — expanding what we could take on, tightening the processes, and holding the same standard across more buildings. Today we are family-owned and operated, with over two decades of the trade behind every job we quote.

Who you actually deal with

Linda Tay is the owner and your point of contact. She does the walkthrough, writes the scope of work, sets the schedule and inspects the result. She also answers the phone.
